Mountain Festival in Maasser el Choof

The sixth edition of the Mountain Festival will be organised next Sunday in Maasser el Choof.  The event will focus on the issue of traditional herbs, how to plant them, dry and use them.  The event will include a series of discussions and conferences with experts in the field as well as a discussion session on how to package, prepare and use seedlings.  Discussions will focus around medicinal and fragrant plants and their environmental and economic importance with emphasis on how to learn their secrets as shared by experts in the field.  It should be noted that transportation to the festival will be made available.
