The report of the workshop examined failures of accountability to women in development from the perspective of feminist analysis of institutions and organizations. It examined there issues across a range of institutional contexts in development: the state and state bureaucratizes, multilateral development organizations, and international and national NGOs and women's organizations. it also explores gender-sensitive approaches to organizational change.
