In response to UN Director General appeal and following their campaign to end violence, ‘Say No to Violence’ association launched its program ‘Ambassador of No Violence’. In this respect, activists are planning to dress up in orange on the 25th of each month as a reminder of the campaign aiming to fight violence against women and girls in the various parts of Lebanese society as well as in the Arab world. The monthly event will host activities and celebrations to mark the day. (Al Diyar, 3 June 2015)
