Key responsabilites:
Objective: To provide assistance to the head or the board of the organization in identifying donor resources, raising funds and writing proposals for long-term organizational sustainability.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
•        Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor. Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of Justice Without Frontiers.
•        Assist the Director in writing concept notes, project ideas and project proposals and ensure their timely submission.
•        Undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of the organization
•        Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization.
•        Conduct narrative researches to be included in the project proposals.
•        Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization.
•        Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization.
 
 
Key competencies:
The ideal candidate will typically possess the following:
•        Bachelor’s degree required, with a major in English/Communications/Journalism/Marketing preferred.
•        Three to five years of relevant experience fundraising and writing proposals
•        Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
•        Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic –French is a plus
•        Strong writing and editing skills and ability required.
•        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are required.
•        Solid understanding of standard corporate proposal formats and templates
•        Must be highly organized with proven skills managing and tracking assignments and deadlines.
•        Ability to edit or rewrite sections of proposals to ensure readability and adherence to win themes
•        Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment on multiple priority projects
•        Ability to work independently, including prioritizing within demanding time frames. Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders including community based organizations, local NGOs, local government and officials, donors, and colleagues;
•        Excellent organization and planning skills;
•        Quick learner, agile, flexible, adaptable to different organizational cultures and operating environments;
•        Commitment to quality and support of process improvement and implementation.
•        Other duties as assigned
 
Experience required: 
•        3 to 5 years
 
Education degree: Bachelor Degree Field of education: Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, management, business, or a related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. 
 
Languages
Arabic: Fluent English: Fluent French: Very Good

Description:
As part of its Women Economic Empowerment Programme and RUWOMED project, CRTD.A is recruiting One Project Field Officer to support the implementation of the project.
 
Key responsabilites:
Role and responsibilities of the RUWOMED-FO
The RUWOMED-FO is in charge of the implementation and follow-up of all the field level components of the RUWOMED project.
More specifically, he/she will have the following responsibilities:
1)     Maintain continuous contact and liaison with project beneficiaries at field level
2)     Conduct mapping or fact finding when necessary
3)     Plan the implementation of activities at field level
4)     Monitor the implementation of activities at the field level 
5)     Providing projects communications as and when needed
6)     Regular coordination and liaison with the CRTD.A office in Beirut.
7)     Conduct field visits for monitoring, follow- up and data collection purposes
8)     Organize and/or participate in the organization of field activities as per division of tasks with coordinator
9)     Report on field activities and assist coordinator in compiling comprehensive activities and project’s reports
 
Key competencies:
Successful candidates will have:
● At least three years experience in similar or related contexts
● Familiarity with work environment and with RWCs and the context in which they operate
● Fluency in Arabic
● Ability to travel to project's activities sites
● Commitment to gender equality and social justice
 
This position is for one year with the possibility of a short period of extension.
